A small team in Dhaka, building systems that fit.
Bridgness builds ERP, CRM and custom software for businesses in Bangladesh. The name is the argument: the business on one side, the technology on the other, and the work is the crossing.
01Why we exist
Most business software here was designed for somewhere else.
It assumes month-end closes on time, that the warehouse has a stable connection, that VAT works the way it does in another country, and that a dealer who has bought on informal credit for fifteen years will start filling in a form.
What follows is predictable: the software is bought, the staff work around it, and the spreadsheet comes back. We started this company to build the other way round, from how the work is actually done here, including the parts that look irregular once they are written down.
02What we won't do
These are limits rather than values. Each one costs us work we could otherwise take.
- 01
Quote before we understand the scope. A figure from a two-line brief is a number chosen to win the conversation, and it gets corrected later at your expense.
- 02
Show you another client's system, or name one who hasn't agreed to it. What's on this site is what we do, not who we've done it for.
- 03
Take a job where the date and the scope can't both be met. Better to lose it at the start than deliver half of it late.
03Where and who
Where we work
We are based in Dhaka and work with businesses across Bangladesh. We come on site where the work needs to be seen in person, which for a factory floor or a godown is usually at the start, and work remotely for everything after that. Support is in Bangla, in your working hours.
The people
There are no profiles on this page yet, for the same reason there are no client logos on this site: nothing goes up until the person it describes has read it and agreed to it. If you want to know who would build your system, ask in the first conversation and you will meet them rather than read about them.
Let’s draw yours.
A free 30-minute conversation about your business — no slides, no jargon. We’ll tell you honestly whether software can help, and what it would take.
