Privacy notice

What this site collects when you contact us, how long it is kept, who processes it on our behalf, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Last updated

This notice explains what does with information you give us through this website. It is written to be read rather than to be defended, so if anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, your business name, a way to reach you (a phone number or an email address), and a description of what you need. The business name is optional. We do not ask for financial or identity documents through this site.

When you message or call us. If you use WhatsApp or phone us on the number shown on this site, we receive whatever you send or say, along with your number.

The scope tool. The scope band tool in the pricing section works entirely in your browser. Your answers to it are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

When you simply read the site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — the requested address, the time, a truncated network address and the browser's user-agent string — for security and reliability. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and there is no third-party script following you between pages.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing about you in your browser.

Why we hold it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a written scope and quotation if you ask for one, and keep a record of what was discussed if we go on to work together. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twenty-four months. Enquiries that become projects are kept for the life of the engagement and for six years afterwards, which is the period we may need them for tax and contractual records. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time and we will comply unless a specific legal obligation prevents it, in which case we will tell you which one.

Who else processes it

Email delivery. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email service acting as our processor. Your message passes through their systems, which are outside Bangladesh, in order to reach us.

WhatsApp. Conversations started from this site's WhatsApp button are carried by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.

Hosting. The site is served by our hosting provider, whose servers hold the standard logs described above.

Web3Forms and our hosting provider are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not share enquiries with anyone else — no data brokers, no partner agencies, no lead-sharing arrangements of any kind.

Your choices

Write to and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. We will respond within fourteen days. You do not need to give a reason for a deletion request.

If you would rather not use the form at all, our phone number and email are on the contact section and reach the same people.

Security

Enquiries are held in accounts protected by two-factor authentication and accessible only to the people who need them to respond to you. We cannot promise that any system is impossible to breach; we can promise that if one affecting your information occurs, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what we do with information already collected, we will say so here with the date of the change, rather than replacing the text quietly.
